No guarantee of a partnership or payment

Submitting information to Payta does not guarantee eligibility, an introduction, a data partnership, acceptance by a third party, or any particular payment or commercial outcome.

Your information

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit underlying confidential datasets, trade secrets, credentials, personal records, regulated information, or materials you are not authorized to disclose through Payta’s initial assessment.

Third-party relationships

Payta is independent and is not an employee, agent, or representative of any third-party data partner unless expressly stated in writing.

Referral compensation

Payta may receive referral, sourcing, partnership, or other compensation from third parties when an introduction or partnership is successful. This compensation may create a financial incentive for Payta to make certain introductions.

You may not use the site to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized information, or to interfere with the site or its services.
